Job Description

Summary

As a Coordinateur Qualité at Pinnacle Alligator Farm in Covington, LA, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality processes in alligator farming, focusing on animal welfare, health management, and environmental, hygiene, safety, and human resources aspects.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor breeding flows and plan activities such as feeding and enclosure cleaning.
  • Track and report breeding parameters, ensuring data quality.
  • Collaborate with the agricultural production manager to plan and anticipate human and material resource needs.
  • Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives in agricultural processes.
  • Analyze data and develop dashboards for agricultural activity monitoring.
  • Verify correlations between defects and agricultural parameters.
  • Coordinate contractor interventions for equipment installation, new constructions, or tool implementation.
  • Facilitate and monitor technical projects, providing basic technical support as needed.
  • Report and document project progress to the operations director in France.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • Experience in production or quality management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and office tools is essential; experience with Power BI is highly appreciated.
  • Autonomous, proactive, methodical, with excellent analytical and rigorous skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including in a multicultural context.
  • Open-minded and eager to travel and discover other cultures.
