Job Description

Summary

As the Client Relations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for Hermes.com and flagship boutique clients, contributing to the eCommerce department strategy. This role requires high-level customer service skills to elevate the client experience through phone and email interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone, email, and live chat inquiries with impeccable communication skills.
  • Display product knowledge and convey Hermès style, values, and vision.
  • Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly.
  • Place and follow-up on online orders.
  • Resolve delivery issues related to e-Commerce orders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
  • Uphold high client expectations in every interaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Open availability from Monday through Sunday.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Mandarin is a plus.
