Coordinator Administrative

Summary

Provides administrative and analytical support to the Group Sales Manager and related teams, handling reporting, scheduling, presentation preparation, and ad hoc client or repair issues. Coordinates product knowledge sessions with vendor partners and maintains staff schedules using Workbrain.

Responsibilities

• Print daily, weekly and monthly reports for management analysis
• Track, record and prioritize items requiring manager action
• Schedule and organize product information sessions with vendor partners
• Input and maintain staff schedules and approved vacation entries in Workbrain
• Prepare presentations and support materials for key meetings
• Assist with client and repair issues in a timely manner
• Provide analytical and administrative support to the assigned department
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Business or Communications degree or diploma
• Minimum five years progressive administrative experience
• 2 to 3 years direct support to a leadership role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Power Point and Outlook
• Fully bilingual in French and English
