Summary
The CRC Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Client Relations Center, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication across teams. This role supports leadership coverage, coordinates schedules, prepares reports and presentations, and handles confidential assignments with discretion. The position works cross-functionally to facilitate smooth operations and contributes to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and communication support to the CRC Manager.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, and visitor reception.
- Prepare reports, presentations, templates, and internal communications.
- Manage and maintain leadership resources, documents, and records.
- Track team deliverables and follow up on Monthly Activity Reports and recurring meeting topics.
- Coordinate logistics for appointments, interviews, and events.
- Support scheduling to ensure building and weekend operational coverage.
- Maintain up-to-date team listings, calendars, databases, and organizational charts.
- Handle confidential projects and respond to correspondence independently when appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage confidential assignments with sound judgment.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekdays and occasional weekends.
