Job Description

Summary

The CRC Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Client Relations Center. The role partners with leadership and team members to coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and support an elevated client experience through personalized written communications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, organizational, and communication support to CRC management.
  • Coordinate leadership calendars, client appointments, meetings, and coverage for building and weekend operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, templates, and internal communications; maintain team records, calendars, and databases.
  • Handle confidential assignments and special projects with discretion.
  • Respond to client communications through chat, SMS, email, and handwritten channels using Salesforce and digital tools.
  • Maintain office supplies and client-facing materials.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in administration, luxury retail, hospitality, executive support, high-touch client services, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple projects and confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday and as needed on weekends.
