Summary
The Coordinator supports the Creative Visual Merchandising group by managing budgets, analyzing spend, and delivering data driven insights to inform financial and operational decisions. The role partners with stakeholders to allocate funding, monitor expenditures for initiatives and overhead, and advance data automation and reporting capabilities including Power BI and Excel based solutions. The Coordinator also builds and maintains databases to integrate financial and project level data for planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor budgets for creative initiatives, store openings, art procurement, travel, and entertainment.
- Conduct regular meetings with budget owners to review performance and plan future finances.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, variance analyses, and reports for Financial Planning.
- Support purchase order and invoice processes using Coupa and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Develop and maintain centralized data sets and reliable databases to support CVM planning.
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to automate reporting and visualize trends.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline budget and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate cross functionally with VPs Directors Managers and Specialists to align financial tracking with creative projects.
Requirements
- Experience in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
- Ability to connect systems and data into Excel and automate reporting processes.
- Strong communication skills to partner with creative and financial stakeholders.
- Experience collecting organizing analyzing and maintaining datasets preferred.
- Familiarity with financial systems and purchase order invoice workflows such as Coupa.
