Job Description

Summary

As a Coordinator - Data at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a crucial role in the order management area, focusing on manual data entry of orders into the system. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and technical steps. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manually enter jobs received through the courier into the system.
  • Create tickets in C4C to inform clients about availability issues or order discrepancies.
  • Resolve tickets returned from the lab and investigate reasons for order stalls.
  • Re-order jobs that were canceled or outsourced.
  • Communicate with lab and customer service regarding job and ticket availability.
  • Explain ticket processes to customers and ensure successful order completion.
  • Enter jobs from Doctor's software systems manually.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in high volume data entry or related fields.
  • High mechanical aptitude and understanding of frames and lenses.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high volume, mass production environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to retain information.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
