Responsibilities- Support store and office workstations and software packages, resolving end-user issues.
- Test and troubleshoot retail and office hardware devices, including laptops and networks.
- Provide guidance to over 500 end-users and ensure complete resolution of incidents.
- Collaborate with the IT team on new retail projects and system implementations.
- Identify and create best practice methodologies for helpdesk and technology support.
- Manage IT hardware stock and support POS and back-office devices.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers to resolve product quality or delivery issues.
- Enforce corporate IT security measures and train staff on IT systems and software.
Requirements- 2+ years of relevant experience in global retail.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish communication.
- Experience in both Mac and Windows/PC environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Entra, Confluence, O365, and Exchange.
- Network troubleshooting skills, including Cisco and Meraki.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SharePoint, and Jira Service Desk.
- Proficient in ITIL framework and global scale IT infrastructure project management.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
