Job Description

Summary

As a Coordinator for Interior Design and Library, you will support the Tiffany & Co. Global Store Design team in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve organizing and maintaining the Interiors library, assisting with project presentations, and supporting the Interior Design team on various tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain the Interiors library.
  • Order, track, and ship out samples.
  • Assemble project presentations and the Interiors Standard Guidelines deck.
  • Assist the team on Research & Development initiatives.
  • Support photoshop and renderings tasks.
  • Organize and maintain the Interiors team server folders.
  • Research current luxury design and materials trends.
  • Support the Interior Design team on project deliverables as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience with library management, materials, and development in luxury interiors, hospitality, or retail.
  • Basic Mac and Microsoft OS skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Sketchup, Rhino, 3D Max, or other rendering programs is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with vendors is a plus.
  • Some interiors experience, especially within retail and residential.
