Responsibilities- Administer and oversee the ongoing maintenance of marketing programs or processes.
- Coordinate merchant/store events as per the calendar of events.
- Support the store management team to develop event concepts and extraordinary in-store experiences in partnership with the corporate marketing team.
- Support with the execution of sponsorship and partnership programs to reduce store event costs where applicable.
- Support in the development of guest lists.
- Oversee administration for events, including managing budgets, expenses, critical paths/schedules.
- Monitor and enhance systems to track, analyze, and archive results for events and media coverage.
- Provide proactive and reactive service to media seeking to pull products for editorial print and television shoots.
- Facilitate all television and photography shoots, ensuring appropriate positioning for Holt Renfrew.
- Collaborate with newspaper and fashion editors to promote Holt Renfrew as a fashion destination.
- Coordinate marketing outreach programs with community partners to drive traffic into stores.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
Requirements- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of post-university work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who can act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required.
- Confident and effective communication skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
