Coordinator Marketing - In-Store Role

The Coordinator, Marketing role at Holt Renfrew strategically builds the profile of the brand and its product offerings through the development of high-standard events and exceptional relationships with media and community partners. This in-store role involves coordinating events and supporting the store management team in creating extraordinary in-store experiences.

• Administer and oversee the ongoing maintenance of marketing programs or processes.
• Coordinate merchant/store events as per the calendar of events.
• Support the store management team to develop event concepts and extraordinary in-store experiences in partnership with the corporate marketing team.
• Support with the execution of sponsorship and partnership programs to reduce store event costs where applicable.
• Support in the development of guest lists.
• Oversee administration for events, including managing budgets, expenses, critical paths/schedules.
• Monitor and enhance systems to track, analyze, and archive results for events and media coverage.
• Provide proactive and reactive service to media seeking to pull products for editorial print and television shoots.
• Facilitate all television and photography shoots, ensuring appropriate positioning for Holt Renfrew.
• Collaborate with newspaper and fashion editors to promote Holt Renfrew as a fashion destination.
• Coordinate marketing outreach programs with community partners to drive traffic into stores.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.

• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of post-university work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who can act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required.
• Confident and effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
• Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
