Coordinator, National Visual Merchandising

Summary

The Coordinator, National Visual Merchandising supports the vision for product presentation and mannequin styling, partnering with cross functional teams to deliver directives, collateral and communication to stores. This role coordinates national visual merchandising programs, supports production and procurement of fixtures and props, and ensures programs are delivered on time and within budget. The Coordinator also administrates trackers, calendars and briefs while reinforcing brand standards and health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Project coordinate assigned visual merchandising programs with national and store teams
• Liaise with cross functional teams for strategy, creative, production and in store execution
• Assist with creation, production and communication of national visual merchandising standards and directives
• Partner with store management, marketing and visual teams to execute localized and national programs
• Support in store teams with execution, logistics and troubleshooting
• Execute national procurement of fixtures, mannequins and props including distribution and inventory
• Administrate national trackers, calendars, schedules and briefs
• Align quotes and costs with allocated budgets and deliver programs within budget
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience within a retail environment
• Knowledge of production processes considered an asset
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Administrative experience an asset
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
