Summary
The Coordinator, Product and Trade Marketing supports the Manager and cross-functional teams in executing product storytelling, vendor marketing programs, and go-to-market initiatives. This role manages timelines and deliverables across projects, coordinates vendor relationships and seasonal campaigns, and contributes to product selection and marketing assets in a hybrid office environment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy product communications and product knowledge decks across the organization
- Support seasonal development of the collections grid and product selection for marketing channels
- Assist with product guides, SKU and inventory details for key campaigns
- Provide product and image selections and assist with coordination of seasonal photoshoots
- Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners and capture action items from marketing calls
- Request and coordinate seasonal imagery and source products for gifting initiatives
- Create, distribute, and follow up on COOP agreements with vendors
- Support briefing and execution of trade marketing programs with internal teams
- Compile post-campaign reports to assess performance and learnings
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Interest in retail, luxury menswear, and fashion marketing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and collaborative team player
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana is an asset
- Familiarity with tools SWEFT and JESTA is an asset
