<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><u>MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE</u></strong></p>

<p>The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator supports the day-to-day Operational Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring that fresh products meet all applicable regulatory requirements across global markets. Working under the direction of the Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, this role coordinates submissions, supports compliance reviews for product packaging and claims, and maintains essential regulatory records, facilitating the adherence to market-specific requirements.</p>

PROFILE

You have:

0-2+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs; cosmetics industry preferred

Working knowledge of US, EU, and SEA Cosmetic Regulations

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with other relevant non-cosmetic regulations (chemistry, packaging, environment, etc.)

Strong project management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ambition to learn more, and a curious mindset

Passion for the beauty and skincare industry

A Sky’s the Limit mentality

You have advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Cognos, and Adobe

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field

French and/or Mandarin language (preferred not required)
