Summary
The Coordinator, Retail Learning - North America supports the planning, administration, execution, and measurement of retail learning initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Retail Learning, this role coordinates logistics, manages learning systems and data, and communicates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs meet brand standards. The Coordinator provides both virtual and on-site support and helps deliver high-quality learning experiences across stores and markets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning programs, workshops, meetings, and events, including venues, travel, catering, AV, materials, and participant communications.
- Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, hotel room blocks, and event resources to ensure smooth learner experiences.
- Provide virtual and on-site event support and proactively resolve logistical challenges while maintaining budget and brand standards.
- Order, distribute, and manage training materials, supplies, and learning resources.
- Administer activities within the LMS: session creation, enrollments, communications, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.
- Track participation, completion rates, manage learner feedback surveys, analyze results, and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Maintain learning data, historical records, the Retail Learning calendar, and support department budget administration, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, event planning, project coordination, HR, or related field.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) required; experience with Coupa or similar payable platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
- Analytical skills for interpreting program and performance data, discretion with confidential information, and ability to travel occasionally and support outside standard hours when needed.
