Job Description

Summary

Coordinates the planning, administration, delivery, and measurement of retail learning initiatives across North America. Supports learning programs, department operations, reporting, and stakeholder communications while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics, registration, materials, and event support for learning programs and workshops.
  • Administer learning activities in the LMS and maintain participation, attendance, completion, and program records.
  • Manage the learning calendar, feedback surveys, budgets, invoices, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports, and support strategic initiatives and business reviews.
  • Partner with retail, human resources, finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, event planning, project coordination, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or events, budgets or invoices, and a Learning Management System.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and provide support outside standard business hours when needed.
