Job Description

Summary

The Coordinator, Social Media Project Management plans and executes global paid and organic social media initiatives from kickoff through launch. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, and supports creative operations and award show event coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate social media campaigns with marketing, creative, public relations, and regional teams.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, milestones, approvals, and deliverables to support on-time campaign launches.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and campaign objectives.
  • Support creative production, asset sourcing, purchasing, licensing, and distribution to regional teams.
  • Coordinate social media content for award show events across pre-event planning, live activation, and post-event rollout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4 years of full-time experience in project management or communications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Figma; design proficiency is a plus.
