SummaryAs a Coordinator of Strategy and Business Planning, you will support the Strategy and Business Planning Director in providing critical analysis on Moet Hennessy USA’s Spirits brands. You will ensure that long-term growth and strategic brand goals are achieved, working in a hybrid role based out of the NYC office.
Responsibilities- Prepare Business Review decks for 5 Maisons including agendas, analysis/data pulling, consolidation, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
- Partner with Brand and Commercial Forecasting teams to update quarterly KPI tracker.
- Consolidate monthly recaps from the Whiskey Sales Managers.
- Write commentary and send monthly performance reports to Maison teams.
- Own the S&BP Project Tracker, coming to weekly status meetings prepared with necessary updates.
- Support Associate Manager, Director, and Brand Teams with ad-hoc requests.
- Participate and attend regular Insights & Business Intelligence meetings and manage timelines/shareout of relevant studies and or requests.
- Ensure pricing guidelines are managed and kept up to date per conversations with Revenue Growth Management team.
- Support allocation process for VAP, limited editions or new SKUs when necessary, pulling historical data to inform the team’s volume.
- Review and flag OOS risks on a weekly basis.
- Maintain business continuity documents for S&BP report-run.
- Act as SME in MAP and PowerBI + related processes in order to train/onboard new team members and respond to questions as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, finance, business intelligence, or corporate strategy with a strong understanding of brand marketing, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Extraordinary collaborator, who proactively partners across teams, and able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- High level of organization/project management capabilities with ability to work autonomously.
- Comfortable with large datasets and learning internal database systems.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI).
- Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or within a large team.
