Job Description

Summary

The Talent Development Coordinator supports planning and execution of career development initiatives across Retail and Corporate, managing day-to-day program delivery, digital learning platforms, presentation development, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong project planning, communication, and logistical skills to run virtual and in-person programming and talent processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design and edit presentations and documents using PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Manage digital learning platforms including training, content development, marketing campaigns, and monitoring usage.
  • Lead logistical support for career and talent development programming including communications and feedback surveys.
  • Facilitate and support in-person and virtual training and workshops.
  • Track and report employee participation and progress in programs.
  • Manage talent review and performance review processes, including data analysis and presentation development.
  • Drive project mapping and conduct quarterly check-ins for Talent Development initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as marketing communications, vendor management, and budget control.
  • Pull and synthesize data from HRIS systems and provide ad hoc support for presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant talent development experience.
  • Intermediate level skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Organized with demonstrated project management abilities.
  • Ability to self-initiate and work effectively in ambiguity.
  • Resourceful with problem solving and risk anticipation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
