Coordinator Trade Marketing

The Coordinator, Trade Marketing at Holt Renfrew supports the Trade Marketing leaders across various commodities and areas to deliver on divisional sales targets. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure vendor marketing programs are executed with excellence and on time.

• Support the Trade Marketing team in preparing marketing briefs for program activations.
• Manage vendor and merchant program approvals and communicate programs within the established framework.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop promotional opportunities and targeted CRM initiatives.
• Manage work-backs internally to ensure timely execution of programs.
• Drive the achievement of COOP and Expense goals and manage vendor selling events and activations calendar.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, events, or marketing.
• Excellent project management skills to prioritize projects and balance stakeholder needs.
• Strong communication skills to ensure accurate information is captured and cascaded appropriately.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
