Coordonnateur(trice) Vérification et Contrôle

As a Coordonnateur(trice) Vérification et Contrôle, you will supervise the Verification and Control service and all office functions, ensuring tasks are executed according to Holt Renfrew's expectations. You will be responsible for training staff and maintaining compliance with procedures.

• Oversee banking management, sales verification, accounts payable, petty cash, and cash funds.
• Inform, train, and update staff on POS procedures and store routines.
• Provide financial support through bank reconciliation, invoice encoding, petty cash management, and chargeback investigations.
• Conduct employee personal effects verification and proper storage of employee purchases.
• Support employee discount verification, markdowns, extended returns, and documentation of unsellable goods.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports, verifying cash deficits/surpluses and reporting to the director.
• Assist the director with training on cash, debit, and credit operations.
• Supervise repairs and technical systems (POS, etc.).
• Manage employee key/phone/iPad recovery program and ensure compliance with opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise supply requests within budget and ensure cost control measures are followed.
• Implement control of CCEs from storage to distribution and report unused balances to the director.
• Verify company policies and procedures related to Verification and Control and central cash.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements.
• Perform any other assigned tasks.
• Ensure privacy protection, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity measures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of prior experience in a similar environment; retail experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proven attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
