Job Description

Summary

The Corporate Relations and Arts Culture Coordinator supports strategic initiatives across corporate relations, arts and culture, social impact, and philanthropy for the North America office. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to coordinate projects, create content, and amplify program impact while providing administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects across corporate relations, arts and culture, social impact, and philanthropy.
  • Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for programs and events.
  • Create content and materials for communications and reporting.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform initiatives and sponsorships.
  • Manage timelines and logistics for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior internship or professional experience in corporate relations, cultural organizations, museums, or philanthropic sponsorships preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Creative problem solving with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management and external partners.
  • Fluency in French is a valuable asset.
