Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Corporate Office Windows Director and local VM teams for window installations for all Men’s launches.
- Lead and direct window product changes for every rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular collection launches and rotations in partnership with regional VM teams.
- Manage partnerships with merchandising teams to support business initiatives.
- Share feedback with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Director after each rotation.
- Visit competitors and report best practices.
- Act as a role model in corporate office and store for visual merchandising.
- Lead VM recaps to be shared with Central Paris VM teams following each launch.
- Collaborate with store management on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category and propose alternatives in case of product shortage.
- Create a VM culture of accountability and excellence in the Regions.
- Provide tailored coaching and guidance to regions for consistent VM excellence.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in retail luxury Visual Merchandising.
- Exceptional experience in window installations, Ready to Wear (RTW), and Accessories.
- Ability to influence across the organization with sophisticated experience.
- High expertise levels in leadership and VM.
- Enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
