As a Corrections specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling warehouse needs within designated departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. You will play a key role in maintaining professional communication and utilizing various systems to manage data effectively.

• Check and review records and processes for accuracy, making corrections as needed.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with co-workers and the Buying Office.
• Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data.
• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
• Respond to questions as needed.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to NM Safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.
• Work in both office and warehouse environments.

• High school diploma.
• One year of administrative experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs (Word and Excel).
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by the business.
• Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
