Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one beauty consultations and makeup applications to customers
• Recommend and demonstrate skincare and cosmetic products tailored to client needs
• Meet individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on client needs
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandising standards are met
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Participate in stock replenishment and inventory management
• Stay informed on product launches and brand promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics consulting
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of skincare and makeup products and application techniques
• Ability to meet sales goals and work in a fast paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards
