Responsibilities

• Perform one on one beauty consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend products based on client needs and preferences
• Drive sales and achieve individual and counter targets
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display
• Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately
• Build and maintain a client book and follow up with clients
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Adhere to brand presentation and merchandising standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of beauty or cosmetics retail experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of skincare and makeup products
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
