Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a luxury cosmetics environment at a high-traffic Ala Moana location. Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the brand with professionalism and product expertise. This is a temporary full time retail role focused on achieving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one makeup and skincare consultations to clients
• Demonstrate and apply products to educate customers on benefits and usage
• Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays according to brand standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Process transactions and manage point of sale duties accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up for appointments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics consultation
• Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare products and application techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards
