Responsibilities

• Greet clients and offer tailored skincare consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend and sell products to meet individual client needs and sales goals
• Maintain a polished and organized beauty counter presentation
• Manage product inventory and restock displays as needed
• Build and maintain client records and follow up to drive repeat business
• Execute brand promotions and assist with in-store events
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisor experience
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and application techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team environment
