Provide personalized skincare and cosmetic consultations to clients at the La Prairie counter in Aventura. Deliver exceptional client service, drive product sales, and maintain a refined presentation consistent with the brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one skincare and makeup consultations to customers
• Recommend and demonstrate products to meet client needs
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets
• Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the counter
• Manage product inventory and restock merchandise
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and follow up on appointments
• Stay informed on product knowledge and brand launches

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty or cosmetics sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of skincare and makeup products and application techniques
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a high-end luxury retail environment
