Responsibilities

• Advise clients on fragrance and beauty products tailored to their needs
• Demonstrate product features and application techniques
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and merchandising
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Ensure stock replenishment and assist with inventory tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn luxury fragrances
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented with a polished professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
