Responsibilities

• Greet clients and conduct one on one beauty consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend products based on client needs and skin concerns to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain client book and follow up to drive repeat business
• Deliver personalized makeup application and skincare routines
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product presentation is pristine
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Stay current on product launches and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics retail or as a beauty advisor
• Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare products and application techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
