Provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations to clients, promote Clarins products, and drive sales within the Aventura store location. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining product knowledge and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their skincare and beauty needs.
• Provide product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays.
• Manage stock and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products or willingness to learn.
