Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide individualized beauty consultations.
• Demonstrate and apply cosmetic products to showcase benefits.
• Recommend products based on skin type tone and customer needs.
• Drive sales through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized.
• Support inventory counts and receive shipments as needed.
• Participate in promotional events and in store beauty demonstrations.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics products and application techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
