Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations within the beauty space at the White Plains location. Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and enhance the in-store client experience while maintaining product knowledge and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess beauty needs and preferences
• Provide product demonstrations and makeup applications as appropriate
• Recommend and upsell products to meet individual customer goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty space and displays
• Restock merchandise and ensure pricing and signage are accurate
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries at the point of sale
• Stay current on product launches and brand promotions

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products
• Ability to work flexible part time hours including weekends
• Professional appearance and ability to perform product demonstrations
