Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients at a cosmetics counter. Deliver exceptional guest service, drive sales through product knowledge and demonstrations, and maintain a polished presentation of the counter and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one consultations and skincare or makeup demonstrations to clients
• Recommend and sell products based on client needs and preferences
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to counter goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are stocked and organized
• Process transactions and manage returns or exchanges accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on client needs
• Stay current on product launches, ingredients, and application techniques
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary application areas and tools

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products and application techniques
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide consultative service
• Professional grooming and polished personal presentation
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
