Provide personalized beauty consultations and sell fragrances and cosmetics to clients in a luxury retail environment in Bergen County. Deliver exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and meet sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct one on one consultations to assess needs and recommend products
• Demonstrate and apply fragrances and cosmetic products with professional technique
• Build and maintain a client book through follow up and personalized service
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and promote add on sales
• Execute merchandising standards and maintain a luxurious sales floor presentation
• Process transactions and handle payment procedures accurately
• Participate in product training and stay knowledgeable about new launches
• Assist with inventory tasks and replenishment as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury brand
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Basic numeracy and ability to operate POS systems
