Provide personalized beauty consultations and sell cosmetics products within a department store setting at Beverly Center. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct beauty consultations to recommend products and services
• Perform product demonstrations and makeup applications as needed
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through active selling
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is organized
• Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
• Manage client records and follow up on client needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships
