Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations for a luxury cosmetics brand at a high-end mall location. Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales, support merchandising, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer tailored skincare and makeup consultations.
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques.
• Drive sales through product recommendations and promotional activities.
• Maintain product presentation and replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with visual merchandising and display maintenance.
• Process sales transactions and handle point of sale duties.
• Build and maintain client relationships and record client preferences.
• Participate in brand training and promotional events.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand.
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and handling transactions.
