Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients at a luxury cosmetics counter. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and conduct one-on-one beauty consultations to assess needs and recommend products.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and provide fragrance and skincare advice.
- Drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets through clienteling and follow up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenishment of stock at the counter.
- Process transactions, handle client requests, and manage samples and testers.
- Build and maintain client relationships and a client database for future outreach.
- Stay current on product launches and brand promotions to inform clients effectively.
- Keep the sales floor and backstock organized and ensure compliance with store policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client service focus.
- Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance products preferred.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand.
- Basic POS and cash handling experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light stock tasks.
