Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess skincare and beauty needs
• Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations
• Drive sales through effective consultative selling and follow up
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties
• Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products preferred
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional grooming and presentation
