Responsibilities

• Greet clients and conduct beauty consultations to assess needs and preferences
• Recommend and demonstrate cosmetics and skincare products
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets
• Build and maintain long term client relationships and follow up on appointments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock levels
• Process sales transactions and handle product returns according to store policy
• Participate in promotional events and product launches
• Maintain product knowledge through training and brand updates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Passion for cosmetics and knowledge of skincare and makeup products
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience
