Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience that builds customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience required; cosmetics experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology and registers, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
