Responsibilities

• Conduct one on one consultations to assess client needs and recommend products.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide product education.
• Build and maintain client relationships and loyalty through follow up and personalized service.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
• Merchandise and maintain product displays to brand standards.
• Process transactions and manage point of sale tasks accurately.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.
• Stay current on product knowledge and brand launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and application techniques.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
• Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a luxury brand.
• Comfort using point of sale systems and basic retail technology.
