Provide personalized cosmetics and skincare consultations to customers in a department store setting, driving sales and representing the brand with expert product knowledge and exceptional service. Deliver makeovers, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct beauty consultations to assess skin and cosmetic needs
• Perform product demonstrations and provide personalized application techniques
• Meet and exceed sales targets through professional selling and relationship building
• Manage product inventory and maintain organized merchandise displays
• Process transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
• Support promotional events and product launches on the sales floor
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on customer inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics retail or beauty consulting
• Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup products and application techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven retail sales and customer service track record
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
