Responsibilities

• Greet clients and conduct skin and product consultations
• Recommend and demonstrate skincare and cosmetic products
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets
• Maintain merchandise presentation and replenishment on the sales floor
• Process transactions and manage client purchase records
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow up
• Participate in product training and brand events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards
