Responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup and skincare consultations to clients.
• Recommend and demonstrate products based on client needs and preferences.
• Drive sales goals through product knowledge and client follow up.
• Build and maintain client relationships and a client database.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product displays.
• Process sales transactions and handle point of sale procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or as a beauty advisor.
• Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare products and application techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible part time hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Basic retail math and point of sale experience.
