Provide personalized beauty and fragrance consultations to clients at a luxury cosmetics counter in Century City. Deliver high-touch customer service, build product knowledge for Le Labo offerings, and drive sales through expert recommendations and sampling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and recommend products
• Provide product demonstrations and fragrance sampling
• Meet individual and store sales goals through consultative selling
• Maintain a polished and organized merchandising presentation
• Process sales transactions and handle point of sale accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Participate in product training and brand events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of fragrance and skincare desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
