Maintain product knowledge and store presentation standards while supporting promotional events and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized consultations and makeup or skincare demonstrations to clients.
• Recommend and sell appropriate products based on client needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain a client book through follow up and relationship management.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and performance goals.
• Support promotional events, product launches, and in store activities.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product presentation on the sales floor.
• Process transactions and handle point of sale responsibilities accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetics retail or beauty advising roles.
• Strong product knowledge of skincare and makeup with a desire to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand.
