Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess skincare and cosmetic needs
• Provide product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
• Drive sales through consultative selling and add on suggestions
• Maintain knowledge of Wellchemist product formulations and benefits
• Assist with inventory replenishment and merchandising
• Keep the beauty station clean and well organized
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for skincare and cosmetics
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience
