Responsibilities

• Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers
• Demonstrate product application techniques and sample fragrances
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and manage point of sale operations
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on purchases
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and brand launches

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Professional grooming and appearance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
